Part-time Music Therapy Group Facilitator needed to lead therapeutic group sessions for adults with mental health conditions, requiring a high school diploma and MT-BC certification.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be MT-BC certified
- Prior experience working with adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders
- Successful completion of the ADP Selective Screening Services background check
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or related field
- Specialized certifications such as Trauma-Informed Care, DBT Skills Group Training, or other therapeutic modalities
- Strong documentation, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with clinical terminology and managed care medical necessity criteria
