Job Summary
Conduct EI screening, intake, evaluation, and assessment for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. Deliver direct child developmental and family support through case management in home, program, or community settings. Collaborate with families and the multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). Provide education, advocacy, and referrals for specialized therapies and counseling services. Coordinate intervention services with medical and state providers while assisting in transition planning. Requires Board Certification in Music Therapy, Early Intervention certification, and a driver's license. Salary starts at $67,500 for Master's level candidates.
