Job Summary
Teach Music Theory to students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade while ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and lead engaging acting exercises, improvisation games, storytelling activities, and creative performances to foster confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Adapt lessons to different ages, experience levels, and learning styles, effectively managing student behavior using positive reinforcement. Maintain accurate attendance and incident records while preparing and organizing activity materials to keep the learning space clean, safe, and engaging. Complete three hours of online training prior to the start date.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date
- Authorization to work in the US
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
