Music Teacher responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons aligned with state standards; maintaining a respectful and safe classroom environment; differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs; using a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide feedback; collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support student success; engaging in ongoing professional development and school initiatives; and fostering community relationships to enhance educational opportunities for students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid North Carolina teaching license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and utilize various teaching strategies
