Job Summary
Lead a classroom of diverse learners by delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with state and school-specific standards. Foster student growth through hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and individualized support while using data to inform ongoing instructional adjustments. Build a positive environment based on mutual respect and active inquiry, incorporating technology and creative tools to enhance the 21st-century learning experience. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to provide well-rounded support for academic and personal success. Engage in ongoing professional development supported by the school to model lifelong learning. Full-time schedule for 10 months with a base salary, sign-on bonus, and retention stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
- Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification
- Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience
- Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner
- Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession
- Pass a mandatory drug screening
- Pass a background check
