Job Summary
Music Teacher/Instructor will prepare and implement a teaching plan and provide music instruction (guitar, basic piano, drums, cymbals, and/or other percussion) to students aged 12-17. This is an independent contractor role (~4-5 hours per week) with a bilingual English/Spanish requirement, focusing on delivering a comprehensive, engaging music education, presenting lessons clearly, and fostering a positive learning environment while teaching proper technique.
Required Qualifications
- Strong music background
- Minimum of 1 year working with youth
- Ability to pass an extensive background screening process
- Immunization requirements: Varicella 2 doses, MMR 2 doses, Tdap 1 dose within 10 years, Influenza yearly; TB testing yearly
