Job Summary
Insomniac is seeking Part-Time Seasonal Credential Staff to support credential operations for events. Responsibilities include staff check-in, verifying government IDs, maintaining credential office security, inventory management, and performing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are highly organized, communicative, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced live-event environment.
Required Qualifications
- Extremely organized with an eye for detail
- Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including phone etiquette)
- Motivated with an 'Everything is possible' attitude
- Active problem solver with a sense of urgency
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels and de-escalate situations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling credentialing or access control operations (preferred)
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes (preferred)
- Comfortable de-escalating situations and providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments
