Job Summary
Lead the museum team of approximately 15 people by hiring, training, and establishing a high-performance culture. Manage all business functions to ensure stable operations, contribute to revenue growth and profitability, and execute marketing and sales events. Act as the spokesperson to the community and media, forging relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and business clients while supervising daily operations in line with company policies. Maintain high standards for product, services, and customer experience, ensuring visitor satisfaction and compliance with all regulations. Keep stakeholders informed through regular reports and attend local community events to promote the brand. Requires weekend and holiday work; salary range $90,000-$110,000 with bonus opportunity and full benefits.

- Must be able to properly express oneself, exchange information, communicate and converse with diverse cultures, races, and sexes
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to use sight to detect, determine, perceive, observe, inspect, and assess situations
- Schedule requires weekend and holiday work
Desired Qualifications
