Job Summary
HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and emergency repairs across residential properties, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting; conducting inspections, assisting with apartment make-ready, maintaining tools and inventory, and ensuring safety standards; requires HS diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years maintenance experience preferred, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge, valid driver’s license, and ability to work evenings/weekends/on-call.
