MUSC Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP NP/PA) – Structural Heart APP (PRN)

Support procedural and clinical care across the continuum for the Structural Heart Program, contributing to innovative therapies such as TAVR, MitraClip, and other transcatheter interventions. Assist with patient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of complex valvular disease including aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation. Participate in pre-procedural workups, peri-procedural care, and post-procedural follow-up for interventions like TAVR, TEER, and LAAO. Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, imaging specialists, and care teams to perform clinical assessments, documentation, and coordination of care. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through continuity of care, patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up management. Provide PRN clinical support across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings within the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
