Staff Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in an outpatient pelvic health clinic providing rehab services; deliver proper rehab techniques, maintain patient care standards, and meet clinic performance metrics. Responsibilities include daily patient care and documentation, attending All Hands and mentorship meetings, contributing to marketing events and patient outreach (e.g., blog posts, referrals), coordinating with the Office Manager for active patient reporting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements include a CAPTE-accredited PT program (or OT equivalent), active PT/PTA license, 0+ years of clinical experience, and a current BLS certification; English-speaking preferred, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demand norms.

- Proven financial planning and management skills
- Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
