Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by building genuine customer relationships, supporting store operations with pricing and product placement, and following asset protection and safety protocols. This hourly position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs.
