Job Summary
Lead cross-functional technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Murex solution architectures, providing strategic direction and mentorship for successful project delivery. Evaluate new technologies, develop technology roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships to align initiatives with overall business strategy while ensuring efficient, maintainable, and secure solutions. Monitor delivery outcomes, address risks, and implement process changes to drive continuous improvement across technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems relevant to solution architecture and technology delivery
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong technical expertise across multiple areas of software development and technology
- Experience using software delivery, documentation, collaboration, and project tracking tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Murex solution architecture experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development
- Experience in technology leadership, software development, solution architecture, and technology delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology projects
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Experience applying Agile development methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, database management systems, and data structures
- Experience relevant to Murex solution architecture

- Experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, cloud monitoring, and deployment practices
- Experience promoting efficient infrastructure use and reducing unnecessary processing or resource consumption
- Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and reusable technology libraries
- Experience defining modular solution designs and technical standards
- Experience assessing framework suitability, lifecycle support, maintainability, and integration impact
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, release management, and deployment practices
- Experience with architecture governance, technical roadmaps, delivery metrics, and process improvement
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery priorities
- Experience incorporating security controls into Murex and related technology solutions
- Experience supporting security reviews, risk assessments, audit activities, and remediation planning
- Experience in financial services or another regulated technology environment
- Certifications in solution architecture, Agile development, project management, cloud computing, or related technology areas
- Complete role-relevant training in Murex, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, Agile delivery, security, and technology governance
