Job Summary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Murex FO technology solutions. Lead or support cross-functional technology teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship while driving technology initiatives and successful project delivery. Evaluate new technologies, develop and maintain technology roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business strategy. Implement process changes to improve delivery efficiency and support sustainable technology practices across cloud and database environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Murex FO-related technology delivery, implementation, configuration, support, or development
- In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures
- Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology
- Ability to use technology, collaboration, documentation, and project tracking tools relevant to assigned responsibilities
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
- Experience with the versions applicable to the assigned Murex FO environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development
- Experience in software development, technology delivery, requirements analysis, or related technology roles
- Experience applying Agile development methodologies and project management practices
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, databases, data structures, and cloud computing concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or another regulated technology environment

- Experience with current and supported versions of Murex FO and related technology components

- Experience with relational or cloud-based database technologies
- Experience with data integration, migration, reconciliation, reporting, or data quality activities
- Experience supporting database performance, scalability, and maintainability improvements
- Experience deploying or supporting applications and technology solutions in cloud environments
- Experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, cloud monitoring, or deployment practices
- Experience improving cloud resource efficiency and reducing unnecessary technology consumption
- Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and reusable technology libraries
- Experience designing modular components and supporting common development standards
- Experience assessing framework suitability and integration impact
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, release management, and deployment practices
- Experience with technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, delivery metrics, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery priorities
- Experience incorporating security controls into Murex FO and related technology solutions
- Experience supporting security reviews, risk assessments, audit activities, or remediation plans
- Certifications in Agile development, project management, cloud computing, software architecture, or related technology areas
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or another regulated technology environment is preferred where relevant to the assignment
