Job Summary
Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams while providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Drive technology initiatives, evaluate new technologies for adoption, and develop roadmaps aligned with business strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and manage vendor relationships through contract negotiations. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and ensure successful project delivery. Requires 6+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development
- Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools
