Monitor service execution times via terminal to bill the manufacturer. Ensure received warranty services by generating warranty requests, reporting payable values to the concessionary, and confirming payments. Control payment pending items and justify financial discrepancies. Send replaced parts by identifying, labeling, and shipping them to Honda. Contribute to meeting workshop and activity indicators.
