Job Summary
Municipals Coordinator serves as liaison between city officials and the Director of Government Affairs/Management Team, researching markets Ecowaste Solutions can utilize for growth, ensuring city contracts/accounts are accurate, submitting FOIA requests, setting up municipal accounts in company systems, and handling billing, audits, and inquiries from city officials. Requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, independent work capability, and ability to manage multi-tasking in a high-stress environment. Responsibilities include submitting FOIA, obtaining city contracts, billing setup and reconciliation, speaking with city officials about contract/account questions, performing municipal account audits, and researching potential city markets.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, including communication, both written and oral, facilitation and collaboration skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high stress, multi-tasking environment
- Must be organized, responsible, self-directed, and creative in problem-solving
