Job Summary
Review tender technical and commercial documents, prepare clarifications, and visit sites as needed. Design plant units and select equipment including tanks, filters, pumps, and valves based on process design. Prepare plant process design, hydraulic design, piping design, equipment sizing, and piping MTO. Initiate preliminary P&ID drawings, civil layouts, and basic civil drawings. Manage RFQ preparation, vendor quotation evaluation, and technical offer cost sheet analysis. Ensure compliance with QHSE management systems and Egyptian occupational health and safety regulations. Support the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards while adhering to the Veolia Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in civil /Mechanical /Chemical/environmental engineering
- Experience of 3-8 years in Municipal water treatment : Drinking water and wastewater treatment field
- Support the implementation of QHSE Management System as per standards ( ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001)
- Committed to all occupational health and safety instructions and regulations according to Egyptian law, along with company policy towards occupational health and safety
- Comply with applicable ethics and legislations referred to in Veolia code of conduct policy, Particularly in the fight against corruption and influence peddling
