Job Summary
Municipal Market Strategic Account Manager for Ruhrpumpen (RP) responsible for driving sales growth within the municipal infrastructure market across North America. Defines and executes sales strategies to increase RP’s market penetration for water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and public works projects; develops/maintains strategic relationships with major engineering and contractor firms and government agencies; provides technical expertise, supports design development, and assists with system design and specification language; conducts product presentations (in person and virtual), bids, and ensures RP products are specified in municipal projects; requires seven+ years of experience, a degree in engineering or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and travel up to 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience
- Degree in engineering, industrial distribution, or equivalent discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
- CRM knowledge
- Availability and willingness to travel within North America up to 50% of the time
