Municipal Engineering Technical Lead

Job Summary
Seeking a senior municipal water and/or wastewater engineer to lead technical design and project management. Responsibilities include taking the lead on municipal utility projects including distribution, pumping, storage, treatment, and process engineering. The candidate must manage project timelines and ensure quality standards while mentoring junior staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, PE registration in Wisconsin or Minnesota, and 15+ years of municipal utility design experience.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
- Registered professional engineer (PE) in Wisconsin or Minnesota.
- 15+ years of experience in the field of municipal utility design and construction.
- Ability to independently manage small to medium size projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment facilities, especially in smaller communities.
