Job Summary
Develop civil engineering designs (site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways) using CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D). Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making. Requires 1–3 years of civil engineering experience; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or willingness to obtain it. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of stormwater management software are desirable.
Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects
