Job Summary
Civil Engineer – Municipal Infrastructure & Project Support: provide planning, design, and execution support for road, stormwater, utility, and land development projects for public sector clients; assist in developing project work plans, budgets, and construction cost estimates; prepare and review project plans, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; coordinate with senior engineers on technical developments and issues; attend municipal planning, zoning, and land-use board meetings; communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders; collaborate with junior and senior engineers to develop technical and professional skills; support business development and proposals.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; EIT required
- 2–5 years of experience in municipal infrastructure, land development, or site development projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
