Job Summary
Municipal Engineer responsible for technical engineering design of sanitary and storm conveyance, lift stations, and drinking water resources; perform QA/QC and municipal project activities focused on wastewater conveyance including capacity analysis, new and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer gravity pipe and forcemain design and permitting; collaborate with permitting agencies, contractors, and project planning/environmental documents; develop technical reports, feasibility studies, cost estimates, plan preparation, specifications, hydraulic modeling, and engineering designs; provide construction administration for municipal projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing engineering design, specifications, reports, and feasibility studies for municipal projects
- EIT certification
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience planning and designing for municipal projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
