Job Summary
Design municipal design projects including stormwater, detention basins, and infrastructure rehabilitation; review subdivision and utility plans for approval; prepare permit applications and reports; ensure conformance with local ordinances (subdivision, land development, zoning, grading, stormwater); manage escrow accounts and construction administration.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in site civil or municipal design
- Proficient in using AutoCAD Civil 3D for municipal type projects.
- Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred
