Job Summary
Collect and disseminate market and trading information to the investment team, construct relative value trade ideas, and maintain strong dealer relationships. Negotiate and execute trades on behalf of portfolios while leveraging technical skills to scale execution capabilities and contribute to alpha generation. Actively collaborate with quantitative analysts and developers to advance systematic trading strategies and liaise with internal partners to mitigate operational risk. Apply market and investment skills to evolve trading practices and refine electronic trading approaches. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with fixed income experience and operates within Fidelity's Fixed Income Division, headquartered in Merrimack, New Hampshire, as the company transitions to a full-time onsite working model.
