Job Summary
Sustainability Analysts will provide direct support to ExxonMobil’s Upstream and Downstream sites in India, helping to manage environmental reporting activities with data collection, validation, and reporting across multiple regulatory and internal frameworks. Responsibilities include assisting with reports for programs such as DMR, TSCA, TRI, and GHG; supporting quarterly and annual emissions reporting (flaring, water, and air); performing data analytics and quality control using Excel and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); implementing spreadsheet controls and troubleshooting data discrepancies; ensuring regulatory alignment with U.S. federal and provincial requirements (e.g., Clean Air Act, GHGRP, NPRI, O.Reg.88/22 s34) and global frameworks (GRI, CDP, SASB, BRSR, TCFD); collaborating with IT and site teams to improve reporting workflows and enable automation; engaging stakeholders and communicating insights to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or related field
