Job Summary
Reliability Engineer at Bangalore Technical Center (BTC) to provide reliability support across upstream, midstream and downstream assets; responsibilities include criticality assessment, equipment strategy development, reliability analytics, PMO optimization, predictive/non-destructive testing, risk management input, and collaboration with site teams to maintain reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems; requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in reliability or related engineering in manufacturing/oil&gas; relocation program available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical, Reliability from recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Reliability/electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering/Chemical in manufacturing sector
- Demonstrate effective communication, facilitation skills
- Work Experience in Oil and Gas/Energy sector field
- Experience using statistical and probability methods and tool
- Problem-solving
- Critical thinking
- Analytics
- Logical thinking
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Should have knowledge of reliability concepts such as RCM, RCFA, RAM, LCCA
- Should have done RCFA, RAM, Equipment Strategies before
- Should not have attended an interview for Reliability Engineer position in the last 1 year
