Job Summary
Provide analyzer engineering expertise to support Operations & Maintenance at ExxonMobil Services and Technology Private Limited in Whitefield, Bengaluru, India, including developing equipment strategies, field and online analyzer applications (chromatographic, spectroscopic, electrochemical), physical property analyzers and gas detectors; monitor analyzer performance, apply statistical tools, drive improvements, lead/root-cause analysis of incidents, ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, and support design, testing, commissioning and start-up of analyzer systems across oil & gas, petrochemical or refining facilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with other engineering disciplines, developing design specifications, estimating costs, participating in risk assessments (HAZOP/HAZID), and providing training and lifecycle support for analyzer systems; travel domestic/international as required. Qualifications include a BE/B.Tech in instrumentation/electronics/chemical with at least 1 year of experience in online process analyzers, familiarity with major vendors, and knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, ISA, ISO, IEC).
