Job Summary
Conduct in-home and community-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, including school meetings and court hearings. Perform assessments of family strengths and needs to develop and implement treatment plans following Multisystemic Therapy standards. Empower caregivers to address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with care teams while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Participate in supervision as applicable based on licensure level. Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, social Work, Psychology, or closely related field
- Qualified Mental health Professional
- License eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work)
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
