Job Summary
On-the-road Investigator responsible for liaising with internal and external clients to investigate insurance claims and assess claims nationwide. Role requires valid driver’s license and passport, willingness to travel country-wide, and a Matric qualification; a related tertiary investigation qualification isBeneficial. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and written communication, investigative know-how, conflict handling, problem solving, negotiation, stress tolerance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Office location operates in Cape Town, Western Cape, with in-person travel to client sites across the country.
Required Qualifications

- Investigative experience in claims/insurance
- Face-to-face client experience in insurance (beneficial)
