Multiskilled On the Road Investigator (KZN)

On-the-road Insurance Investigator for OUTsurance (Durban, KZN). Responsible for liaising with internal and external clients to investigate insurance claims, conducting investigations, and performing administrative tasks. Requires travel country-wide, a valid driver’s license and passport. Matric is required; an assessing/investigation-related tertiary qualification is beneficial. Ideal candidates have investigative/claims experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently under deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
