Multiskilled On- the -Road Investigator (Gauteng)

Multiskilled On-the-Road Investigator role focusing on liaising with internal/external clients to investigate insurance claims. Responsibilities include investigating various claims with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills; travel country-wide with a valid driver’s license and passport. Requires Matric with a beneficial qualifying related to assessment/investigation; experience in investigative work (preferably insurance) and face-to-face client interaction. Skills include conflict handling, problem solving, negotiation, attention to detail, independence, and customer service orientation. Must be self-disciplined, able to work independently, and adaptable within OUTsurance’s values-driven culture. Must be prepared to travel nationwide; in-person remote option. Preference given to designated groups in accordance with employment equity goals.
