Job Summary
Conduct daily construction and civil site operations including operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, water carts, and forklifts. Perform skilled tasks such as rigging, formwork carpentry, and general labour duties while reading and interpreting drawings. Maintain strict safety standards and follow site instructions autonomously. Candidates must hold a White Card, current relevant tickets, and an NSW Driver's Licence. Availability is required Monday to Sunday. This role offers above-award rates, daily travel allowances, penalty rates, and weekly pay cycles for ongoing projects across active sites.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction and/or civil environments
- White Card
- Relevant, current tickets with demonstrated industry experience
- Recent Verification of Competency (VOC) on machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Australian citizenship
- Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Safety-focused with strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic
- Reliable, task-driven, and able to follow site direction

- GPS knowledge
