Front-of-house multiskilled role at Novotel (Accor network). Welcome guests in the lobby, check them in, answer inquiries, coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance, and provide a warm, professional service. Leverage brand hospitality values, be a visible lobby presence, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Requires experience in hospitality reception, strong communication, IT literacy, and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude. Opera experience is a plus.
