Job Summary
Multisite Reception & Reservation Manager to oversee guest experience and reservation operations across The Hoxton Shoreditch and House of Louie venues for Paris Society London. Responsibilities include acting as brand ambassador, ensuring top-tier guest welcome, managing reservation systems (SevenRooms), optimizing booking flows and VIP handling, leading host/hostess teams, recruiting and training, scheduling, and maintaining cross-site coordination and reporting. The role requires leadership across multiple venues, strong hospitality standards, keen organizational skills, and a proactive approach to guest services, operations, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as Head Hostess or similar role in premium hospitality
- Strong experience in multi-site or high-volume environments
- Perfect knowledge of Paris Society standards
- Excellent command of SevenRooms and reservation management tools
- Strong understanding of guest experience and luxury service codes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proactive mindset with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills
