Job Summary
Full-time MS/related disorders neurologist sought for Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ. Faculty appointment commensurate with experience; role includes teaching neurology residents and medical students, participation in an active MS Center with Phase 1b-4 trials (including CAR-T and translational research), and involvement in outcomes research and interdisciplinary patient-centered care with neurologists, neurorehabilitation, pain management, neuro-ophthalmology and social work. Fellowship-trained in neuroimmunology with MS subspecialization; board-eligible in neurology; ability to obtain NJ licensure, DEA and CDS licenses. The center is part of Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and emphasizes clinical trials, comprehensive MS care, and a robust support network for patients and research participants. Starting base salary around $228,730 with comprehensive benefits; salary may be adjusted based on factors including specialization, experience, and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship training in MS, neuromyelitis optica & related disorders
- BC/BE neurologist
- Ability to obtain licensure in New Jersey
- Teaching and scholarship track record
- Experience with clinical trials and outcomes research
