Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 - 10+ years of experience in solar and energy efficiency project delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar programs or portfolios with P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-client environments
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and performance management
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- PE in electrical engineering is a strong adder
