Job Summary
We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members to support turkey breeder farm operations in the Aurora and Monett areas. Roles vary (Catchers, Milkers, Vaccination Crew, General Laborers) and involve working inside turkey barns with live animals, performing animal handling, production tasks, sanitation, and general farm duties. All staff follow strict biosecurity with required shower-in/shower-out. Roles are full-time with stable schedules and may require travel between locations. Lifting up to 45 lbs (up to 70 lbs for Milker), 18+ to work in the U.S., reliable transportation often needed, and benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, STD/LTD, PTO, and paid holidays. Training is provided for agricultural or animal-experience is helpful but not required. The job offers weekly pay and a compensation range of $16.63–$18.85/hour depending on role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Comfortable working with live animals
- Willing to follow strict biosecurity procedures
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (up to 70 lbs for Milker role)
- Agricultural or animal experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.
