Job Summary
Multiple Axis N/C Routing Machine Operator responsible for setup and operation of 3- to 5-axis CNC routing machines. Responsibilities include reviewing production orders and drawings, loading tools, setting work offsets, loading/unloading materials with hoists/stackers, running NC programs, performing in-process and post-machining checks, and documenting discrepancies. Must monitor tool condition, validate fixtures and vacuum systems, ensure correct cutters, and communicate machine issues to supervisors. Must comply with safety standards, rotate through shifts, and perform tasks onsite in Auburn, WA with a strong emphasis on quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- 1+ Years experience using precision measuring tools
- 1+ years experience operating 3, 4, or 5 axis NC/CNC machine tools
- 2+ years experience using a computer
- 1+ years experience reading blueprints and drawings
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently
