Job Summary
Lead, manage and develop a team of Multinational Service Specialists and Case Handlers delivering end-to-end multinational insurance programmes across their lifecycle (submission, quote, policy servicing, and cashflow) while coordinating with underwriters, brokers, and global network offices. Drive performance against KPIs/SLAs, conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, resolve complex queries, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced European insurance environment. Strong people-management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with experience in regulatory/tax considerations within insurance and proficient MS Office usage.
