Job Summary
Senior Client Manager for Mercer’s MMB Multinational team in APAC (based in Hong Kong) focusing on Hong Kong-based multinationals. Serve as client relationship lead for a portfolio, provide strategic advisory, manage escalations, guide junior staff, interact with global counterparts, and contribute to service-excellence initiatives and business development. Responsibilities include global benefit strategy execution, client governance against SLAs, development of client management tools, renewal analysis, and collaboration with the sales team to win new clients. Requires 8+ years broking experience in Health/Life/Disability, strong project management, analytical skills, cross-border collaboration, and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel. Hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of broking experience in Health, Life and Disability
- Ability to cultivate client relationships and manage challenging client demands
- Strong project management and operational skills
- Experience in process building, best practices and/or efficiency projects
- Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and communication
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work within a cross-border team and manage internal stakeholders
- Team mentoring and leadership capabilities
