Job Summary
The Multinational Planner III is responsible for providing expertise and support to the Joint Multinational Readiness Center Operations Group in training multinational interoperability for U.S., NATO, and partner forces. Key responsibilities include coordinating and planning multinational training activities, overseeing the integration of MN units, liaising with embassies, maintaining training documentation, and participating in Combined Training Conferences. The role requires specialized experience in multinational training coordination, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
- Possess a U.S. Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in planning, designing and executing NATO, Army, Joint or coalition training and mission-rehearsal exercise programs.
- Experience coordinating with exercise planners and participants from COCOMs and components; supporting command, staff, and other multinational entities.
- Experience with developing, analyzing, and/or making informed recommendations about exercise scenario assumptions.
- Strong relationship-developing skills; experience integrating multinational entities into a comprehensive and integrated exercise.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports and memoranda.
