Multinational Client Coordinator (w/m/d)

Implement and coordinate complex international insurance programs while ensuring adherence to guidelines and service levels, including documentation and delivery timelines. Manage the flow of insurance premiums and serve as the primary contact for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding inquiries and escalations. Collaborate closely with underwriting teams on proposal requests and program renewments, aligning with legal frameworks and international market requirements. Provide effective communication across teams, clients, and brokers while supporting the team manager with projects and special tasks. Requires a business or insurance education, strong German and English communication skills, and experience with international programs. Full-time role in Glattbrugg, Zurich.
