Multimodality Technician II

Job Summary
The Multimodality Technician II is responsible for performing CT and radiology studies of designated anatomical areas, obtaining patient histories, explaining routine procedures, and addressing patient concerns. This position requires completion of an AMA approved radiological technology program, registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists, and licensure by the SC Radiation Quality Standards Association. A minimum of one year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist in CT is required, along with modality area certification post radiology certification. The role includes a work shift of Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM with an on-call rotation among CT staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must have satisfactorily completed an AMA approved school of radiological technology
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists
- Licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association
- One year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist and CT
- Certification required in modality area post radiology certification
