Job Summary
Independent contractor role to sell marketing solutions to local businesses through a community-focused publication. You will prospect and meet with business owners to present print ads, digital display, social ads, online presence tools, and website development. You’ll establish a local presence with a community magazine, launch within 90–120 days with hands-on support, and grow by managing client relationships and adding advertisers. Compensation is commission-based with earnings potential aligned to client investments, including Year 1 targets of $65K–$100K and Year 2+ of $150K–$250K+ for high performers, with top earners achieving multi-million career totals. Ideal candidates are highly connected, relationship-driven, community-minded, and entrepreneurial, even without a previous sales background.
