Multimedia Production Specialist – Internal Communications

Job Summary
Produces high-quality multimedia content including videos, podcasts, infographics, and photography to support internal campaigns, announcements, and initiatives. Manages end-to-end video production including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging visual formats. Tracks engagement metrics and uses insights to continuously improve content effectiveness. Ensures content aligns with Brand, Vision, Purpose and Values and adheres to production workflows within internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in a newsroom, corporate or internal communications setting
- Strong storytelling, communication, editing, and visual design skills
- Experience with video and podcast production, editing and techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools
