Job Summary
Design high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including social media graphics, website visuals, and promotional materials that maintain consistency across international markets. Edit promotional videos, customer success stories, and product demonstrations, optimizing short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Create light motion graphics and animations to enhance engagement, while collaborating with the global marketing team on campaign planning and execution. Manage multiple projects from raw footage through final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards before publication. Work independently within a remote international team, adhering to NZ working hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a multimedia design, digital design or creative marketing role
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe InDesign
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently within a remote international team
