Multimedia Designer (Remote Contract Opportunity)

Job Summary
The Multimedia Designer will bring learning and brand content to life through motion, video, and interactive media. Responsibilities include producing motion graphics and video content for learning projects and marketing, creating AI-generated video content, designing visual assets for eLearning courses built in Articulate Rise and Storyline, and collaborating with Learning Designers to ensure accessibility and on-brand output. The role covers the full production cycle from brief to export, including asset organization, stakeholder revisions, and delivering polished output across multiple formats. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required, with experience in screen-capture, talking-head videos, AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, ElevenLabs), and a strong ability to tell engaging visual stories. It is a contract opportunity with opportunities across Southeast Asia for various clients, based on suitability.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in multimedia design, digital media, film and television, or a related discipline with 1–3 years of experience
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics production
- Demonstrated ability to produce motion graphics and motion design assets to a professional standard
- Solid video production skills: shooting, editing, colour grading, audio mixing, and multi-format export
- Experience producing eLearning multimedia assets, with familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling — how motion, pacing, sound, and graphic elements work together
- Able to manage multiple concurrent productions and deliver reliably to deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
