Job Summary
Translate business goals into cohesive visual concepts spanning print, digital, and video channels. Design and implement visual identity systems while developing layouts for campaigns, presentations, and collateral. Pre-press files for vendor release and conduct quality checks. Partner with the Creative Project Manager to meet deadlines and collaborate on web applications and motion graphics. Act as a brand advocate, educating colleagues on design strategy and presenting solutions to stakeholders. Uphold high creative standards and assist with day-to-day brand function operations. This hybrid role is based in one of ten U.S. office locations. Full-time, non-exempt, hourly position requiring a 4-year degree and five years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4 year degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional print and digital design experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- Dual proficiency in Mac and PC platforms
- Solid grasp of design principles, fundamentals, and print production processes
- Motion graphics and video editing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
- Thrives in team settings and fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple assignments
- Strong digital file management discipline
- Strong, dynamic design portfolio showcasing print and digital work
Desired Qualifications
- Figma experience
- Cinema 4D or other 3D software experience
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance design workflow
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field MUST HAVE 4 year degree (no exceptions)
- Minimum 5 years of professional print and digital design experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Motion graphics and video editing experience highly valued
- Cinema 4D or other 3D software experience is a plus
- Figma experience is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance design workflow is highly desired
