Job Summary
Support customers via phone, email, and live chat while providing accurate product information and effective solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality across Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Malta. Fluency in English and a second European language such as Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian, Slovak, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Croatian is required. Required Qualifications
